Does a “Power Pipe” void your 50cc scooter/moped Insurance in the U.K?

I’ve heard it has and I’ve heard it hasent, also is it any different in Northern Ireland to Mainland U.k, as we dont need to do a CBT in Northern Ireland.

Guaranteed yes, it’s also a magnet for being pulled over by the police – just not worth the bother.
