no insurance motorcycle loans
What is the worst that can happen when I quit paying my HSBC credit credit card motorcycle loan?

I have an HSBC credit card loan in my name for a motorcycle that belonged to my exboyfriend and has since been stolen. I still owe 6,500 on the bike. There was no gap insurance. My exboyfriend so graciously left me with the payments since it is in my name. I moved to Shanghai, China and will be living abroad for the next 8-10 years. I am planning on defaulting on the credit card loan this month and never paying it again. I figure if my credit score is going to be ruined I might as well do it while living abroad. I know it is wrong and that legally I am bound to pay, but I just want to know if after 7 years it will go away and wont haunt me for the rest of my life. Please advise. Thank you.

motorcycle insurance one day

motorcycle insurance one day
Can you register a motorcycle in CA with an out of state license?

I am living in California for just the summer months and would like to purchase a small motorbike (175cc enduro) to ride to work on. Is it worth the hassle trying to arrange? Could I even register the bike in CA while my drivers license is a TX license and I have a temporary CA address? If I could figure out registration and insurance I’d be all set. I’ll call the DMV in the coming days but wanted to know a bit prior.

Thanks!

You can register the bike in California, but you must gave up your Texas license to have California license. Why don’t you just get Texas motorcycle license? It will be good in California as well since you are only working here only a short time.
